Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we offer you the right to cancel your purchase without specifying a reason, as long as it is within the cancellation period.

Payment

We accept credit card payment at Paypal. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We also accept payment by cheque or postal orders from customers within the United Kingdom.

Please make cheques payable to  C.A. Shepherd  and enclose with a copy of your order.  Orders will be despatched upon receipt of your cheque.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling

UK Postage -  £2.00.  All orders will be posted by first class post.

Europe, USA & Rest of the world £4.00.  All orders will be shipped by the most efficient means possible, generally by Airmail.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to send your goods immediatiately but as many of our items are hand made please allow 28 days for delivery.


Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive your goods.

Should you wish to exercise this right simply notify us at returns@shepherdminiatures.com and we shall refund your money within 30 days of receiving notification.


Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever you prefer.
Please return all unwanted goods to our correspondence address (as detailed above) and kindly note that we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to cover the direct costs of collecting the goods if they have not been returned to us.

Please contact returns@shepherdminiatures.com and return the goods by mail (recorded delivery please) to our correspondence address (as detailed above.)
We will refund your postage costs and arrange the replacement / refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Kindly note that in order for a refund of postage costs to be arranged, a postage receipt from the post office must be obtained.
